I just decided that in the unlikely event that I were to become a multibillonaire, I WILL FINANCE A NEW HUMAN LUNAR MISSION, MOST LIKELY THE ONE PROPOSED BY THE ARTEMIS SOCIETY ( www.asi.org ). Because as far as I can tell, NO ONE who is able to afford it is interested in returning humans to the moon. And unless I do it, there's a good chance that ONE ONE will ever set foot on the moon again.
